These festive coconut snowman cupcakes are simple to make and fun to decorate, not to mention absolutely delicious!
Cupcake
Ingredients1.000kg British Bakels multi mix cake base 0.365kg Egg 0.300kg Oil 0.230kg Water |
MethodAdd all cake ingredients to a mixing bowl, fitted with a beater. Mix for 2 minutes on low speed. Scrape down. Mix for 6 minutes on medium speed. Scale at 40g into white cupcake cases. Bake at 170°C for 35 minutes. |
Assembly
Ingredients1.600kg British Bakels white fudgice 0.020kg British Bakels rich chocolate fudgice 0.020kg British Bakels Kokomix (coconut mix) Chocolate matchstick Marshmallows Orange jelly diamond Smarties |
MethodPipe a swirl of white Fudgice. Sprinkle Kokomix on top and add two smarties for buttons. Place a large marshmallow on top of the body, adding half an orange jelly diamond for the nose. Add a chocolate matchstick, cut in half, for the arms. Pipe a face onto the marshmallow using warmed rich chocolate Fudgice. |
