Combine chocolate and flowers this Mother’s Day with these rich chocolate cupcakes with delicately flavoured rose icing.
Cake batter
Ingredients1.000kg Puratos satin creme cake chocolate mix 0.350kg eggs 0.300kg oil 0.225kg water |
MethodUsing a planetary mixer & beater, mix the Satin creme cake chocolate. Mix, eggs, oil, water for 2 mins slow, scrape down. Mix for 3 mins medium. Deposit into cupcake cases at 40g. Bake at 160℃ for 20 mins. |
Frosting
Ingredients0.350kg Agenta combo 1.000kg icing sugar 0.004kg rose extract 0.020kg red colour |
MethodFor the frosting, combine all the ingredients and mix slow for 1 min, medium 4 mins. Top the cooled cakes with 50g of frosting. |
