An easy cupcake recipe to scare your customers this Halloween season. Made using the versatle Multimix Cake Base from British Bakels.
Ingredients0.365kg egg 0.300kg oil 0.230kg water |
MethodAdd all ingredients into a mixing bowl fitted with a beater. Mix for 1 minute on low speed. Scrape down. Mix for 5 minute on medium speed. Scale at 40g. Bake at 180°C for 20-25 minutes. One baked, melt Bakels white fudgice and apply to the top. With a small knife, carefully make cuts in the icing, peel back the edges with the tip of a knife and use Bakels RTU strawberry glaze to fill the cuts in. |
