Crown pastry margarine has been specially formulated for use with pastry products so that the fat separates folded layers of dough without seeping into them. The result is a crispy, flaky pastry.
It is an all vegetable (palm and rapeseed oil) pastry margarine with no hydrogenated fats or GMOs.
